There is no deposit required to book, and they will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before, so we highly recommend securing a room now if you plan to stay at the hotel. There are also plenty of great Airbnb/VRBO options nearby as well. This area gets booked out very far in advance, so we highly suggest booking accommodations by May 1st if you plan to attend.
